This individual shows a few Caspian gull (L. cachinnans) features. The plain cobert design and the white tip on P10. However, this tip is not crossing the feather and is only visible from the underwing. In Caspians, this should be visible on the upper side when flying. In addition, the general structure od the bird is not Caspiuan like at all, the face is very dirty...
