1 w Yellow-legged gull (L. michahellis), 19-03-06. Nice individual with very extense post juvenile/winter moult. With the folden wing most of the coverts have been replaced and only some tertials are obviously first generation feathers.
These individuals with mainly second generation coverts can show light coverts as Herring gull, so the generation of the feathers should be take into account.
